Japanese companies are offered to place the production of medical equipment in Russia

From the Japanese side, the event was attended by representatives of four major associations of manufacturers of medical equipment in Japan, as well as 30 leading manufacturers of medical equipment in the world and Japanese markets.
During the seminar, three thematic sections were held, during which the expectations of using Japanese medical technologies in Russia, Japanese technologies of diagnostics and treatment of oncological diseases and the potential of Russian-Japanese cooperation in the application of Japanese medical technologies were discussed.
According to Alexei Likhachev, the main goal of Russian-Japanese cooperation in the medical field is to provide Russians with quality medical care, which, in the context of economic factors, requires modernization and technological re-equipment, localization of medical facilities by Japanese companies in the Russian Federation.
