We discussed a proposal to create specialized classes in schools, mandatory certification of guides and tour guides from 2022, the introduction of international principles of work, the effectiveness of online education in tourism, and a discussion was held on the impact of digitalization on the industry. 

A series of strategic sessions “National project“ Tourism and hospitality industry ”: a vector for increasing the sectoral human potential” started from Kamchatka, the next events will be held in Sevastopol and Tver - in total, the three most dynamically developing tourist destinations of the country were selected. At the end of the entire cycle of sessions, a document will be formed with all the proposals and developments for improving the entire system of training tourist personnel in the country, which will be presented by the organizers to the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and Rosturizm.
