- Indeed, in the framework of Government Decision No. 566, the state essentially subsidizes the expenses of banks in connection with a reduction in the interest rate on mortgages. The rate under the program "State Support 2020" will cost the borrower no more than 6,5% per annum. Sberbank also reduced the rate by another 0,1 percentage points, so in our bank it is equal to 6,4% per annum when registering a mortgage for housing in a new building. Such a loan will be available only until November 1, 2020.
