ASSEMBLING IN THE MODE OF ALTERNATE
In the industrial zone of Khabarovsk, ITC PTP has its own production area with a large workshop, which managed to be built before the global financial and economic crisis. The head of the repair base, Sergei Tyulenev, proudly hosts guests in a building filled with a business rumble: eight KAMAZ trucks arrived from Khabarovsk KAMAZ center to install the crane plants. The cars are already equipped with a "winter package", since they are going to work in the northern territories: all pipelines, oil tanks, accumulators, a cabin are insulated, and the windows are heated. We disassemble, modernize the initial cardan. All these alterations - up to half the time of installation, "- says Sergei Tyulenev.
Given the complexity of the work, the Khabarovsk enterprise has to design a technology for the project. The assembly of the key nodes of the ITC PTP was provided by the Moscow partner - earlier similar to the CMU, however, for another type of chassis, were assembled in the Moscow suburbs. It is noteworthy that the ITC PTP order has already given work to several more Khabarovsk companies.
